Date Breach Notification

As part of our ongoing security monitoring, we identified a potential data exposure on, Wednesday, January 29, 2025, that may affect the Twilio API keys that you used inside of the EventBurner Software. While we have no indication of unauthorized use in your account, as a precaution, we recommend that you update your API keys for continued security.

What You Need to Do:

  1. Log into your Twilio Account

  2. Disable the Twilio Keys that you used to connect to EventBurner.

  3. If you have any questions, or want to report an issue, our support team is standing by and happy to assist at our support desk.
